The Chancellor has announced a repeal of the repeal of the IR35 regulations and responsibility for the correct payment of tax will now not revert to the consultancy company in April 2023.   The tax rules have never meant that you can use contract resources as off-payroll employees.   Your relationship with contractors engaged through a Ltd company should always be on a B2B basis.
