Cameron Shearer, Director at Resource3 Ltd
From a background in Insurance and Finance Leasing, Cameron spent 16 years in recruitment before starting up Resource3. Cameron is passionate about the recruitment industry but felt there was a gap in the market. So in 2012, he set up Resource3 to offer something different from the usual recruitment company model. By offering services for both the employer and potential employees, Cameron brings his skills, enthusiasm and business network to benefit every aspect of recruitment and job seeking. Cameron has used his expertise to branch into the delivery of outplacement coaching and training as well as developing his own job seeker coaching products.
Jacqueline Shearer, Director at Resource3 Ltd
In a career in the public and private sectors, Jacqueline has worked as a software developer, business analyst, project manager and product manager. Jacqueline's time in the public sector was focused on digital transformation where she was an early advocate of Agile methods. Jacqueline was the Venue Technology Services Project Manager at Glasgow 2014 helping deliver the "Best Games Ever" on time and on budget. Jacqueline has worked in software houses as a Product Manager and as a Technical Project Manager for a variety of companies. For several clients, Jacqueline has set up or worked closely with internal PMO departments to embed solid and practical project governance practices.
Qualified in Prince2 and as a Professional Scrum Master, she has many years of experience working in health, financial, leisure, events, travel and CRM systems with projects ranging from small bespoke developments to managing £million contracts.
